Ines Estrada. Just bought, read, and loved her comic Mitocondria, “about a guy who switches places with his dog and all the good and bad things that happen because of this, and also other things that happen without any reason.” The book has nice handmade touches and is available at Floating World in Portland.
citriccomics is always On Point. But one of his doodles and put it above your desk and you will Never Be Grumpy.

ianjay is raising money to manifest his divine, long-running webcomic Epiphany in book form. Put your money up and get rad stuff and help a rad guy do rad things! Tell your friends! Here’s Ian:
First off: sorry for missing last night’s countdown update. I found myself for various reasons at a bowling alley in Delaware last night, and couldn’t make my way to a computer in time. BUT FEAR NOT, for today we’ve got TWO new tidbits about the Epiphany print project!
FIRST OFF: We’re definitely having a GUEST GALLERY in the back of the book! I’ve got some really rad artists (such as the awesome PhantomSeptember, who made the piece pictured above) working on their own interpretations of the book’s characters and themes, so that’s going to be super awesome.
SECONDLY: I’ve talked a lot about donation perks during these countdowns, but I haven’t actually mentioned how much you’ll have to cough up for each of them. HERE’S THE FINAL PYRAMID-ESQUE LIST OF DONATION TIERS:
$15 - Digital copy of the book.
$20- Digital copy of the book, plus your name (or alias of choice) in the acknowledgements.
$30 - Printed copy and digital copy of the book with your name in the acknowledgements.
$40- Set of three “god mode” glow-in-the-dark buttons, plus printed & digital copies of the book w/yr name in acknowledgements.
$65 - Silkscreened tote bag, set of three glow-in-the-dark buttons, printed & digital copies of the book w/yr name in acknowledgements.
$80 - Votive candle, 24k gold button, set of three glow-in-the-dark buttons, printed & digital copies of the book w/yr name in acknowledgements.
$100 - Limited-run Gnashville t-shirt, votive candle, 24k gold button, set of three glow-in-the-dark buttons, printed & digital copies of the book w/yr name in acknowledgements.
$125 - Original inked page art, t-shirt, votive candle, 24k gold button, set of three glow-in-the-dark buttons, printed & digital copies of the book w/yr name in acknowledgements.
I’m absolutely willing to take donations over $125, and, like my last fundraiser, I’ll be willing to do something cool as a bonus reward— a custom comic page, a video, whatever. I’ll get in touch with you to work something out, don’t worry.
HOLY MOLY, TWO DAYS LEFT?! HOW DID THIS GO BY SO FAST. Our final day of the countdown hits tomorrow, and then it’ll be Fundraiser Eve, and then… gosh, the fundraiser! How exciting! Stay tuned!
I DJed a couple weeks ago at Frolic, the monthly furry party in San Francisco. Here’s my set, chock full of bass and beats by MikeQ, French Fries, A$AP Rocky, Kingdom, Ill Blu, Rustie etc etc. Thanks to NeonBunny for throwing such a fun party. Photo by Tasty Eagle.
